Qigong and Self Defense - June Sessions- Monday at 6pm- June 1st-June 29th
This 50 minuteQi Gong or “Chi Kung,” is a method of cultivating the body’s natural energy flow or “Chi” through breathing exercises and movement. It can also be described as moving meditation. In Qi Gong/Self-defense we seek to accomplish this through slow, graceful movement drills, mixed with simple self-defense applications performed with a partner. Please bring a mat. Maximum attendance is 10.
