All levels. The Pilates Springboard is a piece of equipment that provides an invigorating full-body workout with the use of coil spring resistance. You will challenge your core muscles like never before while having fun with springs.
Maximum attendance is 3 for Springboard.
Normally $25 per class however when bought in a package of 4 classes they are reduced to $22.50 each.
All classes are pre-paid and are non refundable. All purchases are applicable to the dates inthis series only.
