About me, Ava
I'm, originally from South Jersey but I've been rooted in PA for well over 25 years. I'm a lifelong lover of health and wellness. As an Exercise Physiologist and Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, I have over 20 years of experience in teaching Pilates and Yoga along with mindful living.
My Pilates journey began in 2004 with a Mat Pilates certification, followed by extensive training in Reformer and Springboard Pilates, totaling more than 400 hours of specialized education.
I draw off my degree in kinesiology, so my classes emphasize mindful alignment, controlled breath, and the empowering connection between body and mind. I continues to practice the method myself, using Pilates as a grounding and strengthening ritual—a way to honor my body, restore balance, and inspire others to move with grace and intention.
