Chakra Hatha Yoga Wednesday 7:00pm
The core of the class is a sequence of Hatha postures that focus on the Chakras, chosen for their focus on alignment and mindfulness. Poses are introduced, but the emphasis is that it’s not about "perfect" alignment. Instead, you're are invited to find your personal alignment—what feels balanced and right for you—while staying mindful of how each pose affects your breath and body.
Throughout, the practice you are encouraged to modify poses or take breaks based on your intuition. Props, such as blocks or straps, are offered to support individual needs and allow for deeper exploration of the body’s natural rhythms. The instructor might ask guiding questions like, “How does this pose feel in your body today?” or “Can you find a position where you feel both grounded and at ease?”
