Yin Yoga series is designed as a nurturing journey into deep release and renewal. Each class will weave together four-part breathwork to calm and expand the body’s energy, hand yoga (mudras) to activate subtle pathways of healing, and optional guided visualization or meditation to quiet the mind. We will pratcie a few heart inspired moving postures to get us started before our longer gentler, held postures to round out the practice, supporting flexibility, joint health, and inner balance—making this series a holistic reset for body, breath, and spirit. All props & materials including mats are avaialble at Violets in Bloom.
