Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM for a calming 30-minute mindfulness meditation practice, offered as a free or by-donation series. Over six weeks, we’ll explore mindfulness—the art of being present with awareness and compassion—through 20 minutes of guided meditation, with 5 minutes before and after for gentle preparation and final relaxation. Space is limited to 10 participants, creating an intimate setting to support your practice of stillness, clarity, and ease. We offer mats, bolsters, mediation cushions, blankets and chairs for your comfort.
