Join us on Saturday mornings at 8:30 AM for a calming 25-minute mindfulness meditation practice, offered as a free or if you're called to support a by-donation session. We’ll explore mindfulness as the art of being present first with meditative awareness and compassion. Space is limited to 10 participants, creating an intimate setting to support your practice of stillness, clarity, and ease. We offer mats, bolsters, mediation cushions, blankets and chairs for your comfort.
