6 Week Friends of HS Park Naturally Fit Series: Night Classes
This Naturally Fit Class series is in partnership with Friends of High School Park. These 60 minute classes are designed to offer accessible movement rooted in the rhythms of nature—Pilates, gentle yoga, and mindful mobility practices that encourage strength, grounding, and stress relief for all levels of the community.
Classes are offered in a six-session series at a community-access rate of $78 total, which reflects a reduced rate of $13 per class (Violets in Bloom's regular rate is $18).
We are able to extend this pricing for 6 community spaces per session.

Winter Session: Monday, January 19 – Wednesday, Feb 25th
Night Classes:
Yin Yoga (55 min)
A slow, meditative practice that targets deep connective tissues through long, supported holds. Perfect for releasing tension, improving flexibility, and calming the nervous system. All levels welcome.
Taught by Dr. Jerika Johnstone Yoga Guide, Birth Doulas and the creator and founder of KA Kemetic Yoga. She holds a BA in Child-Development, an MA in International and Comparative Education from Columbia University and a PhD in Comparative and International Educational Development from the University of Minnesota.
Hatha Yoga (55 min)
A mindful blend of strength, alignment, and breathwork. Movements are steady and intentional, supporting balance, grounding, and body awareness. Great for both beginners and experienced practitioners.
Taught by Kirsten a dedicated yoga teacher, energy worker, and Reiki master with over 20 years of experience.
