Retreating—even for just one day, becomes powerful.
Taking a day to retreat allows us to:

- Be supported in a space where nothing is required of you

- Art Therapy to express what’s been sitting beneath the surface for so long
- Movement to release tension and reconnect with loving your unique summer body
- Sound healing + reiki to offer you a summer soundtrack for relaxation and nervous system reset
- Journaling + reflection to create clarity for your desired direction
- Community circle space to feel seen without pressure
A nutritious lunch, snacks and beverage bar is included and an inspiring closing drum circle with a few other surprises will be all part of this one day expereince!

This prepaid option confirms your seat for a full day retreat experience including:
• Opening solstice ceremony
• Rotating relaxation sessions (journaling, sound healing + reiki, art therapy)
• Trauma-informed transformative yoga
• Nourishing lunch (veggie option offered) tea & down time
• Curated solstice summer flower mandala dedication & take home gift bag
• Closing Drum Circle w/ Karen Smith to welcome in the light of summer

After you register a confirmation email will be sent with the location address. An additional email will be sent before the retreat date to request your lunch selection.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 3 days before the retreat will receive a full refund (minus a $15 service fee). The last day to cancel is Wednesday 6/17 by 6pm. Cancellations made after this date are non-refundable.
All retreat registrations are transferable to another participant at any time.
