Ground & Sound: Autumn Equinox Drum Circle + Nature Sound Healing

Join us for an early evening of rhythm, sound, and connection as we welcome the Autumn Equinox.

We’ll begin with, a community drum circle led by Karen Smith.

Come ready to drum, move, listen, and enjoy the energy of making music together.

After a short break, we’ll move into Nature Sound Healing, shared by Ava and Karen. Settle in with the sounds of crystal singing bowls and other healing instruments as we slow down, rest, and welcome the change of season.

Come for one experience or stay for both.
